After thirty years of managing property in the UK we decided to make an investment in Naples in 2009.  With the help of an amazing realtor we bought our 'Happy Home' in Naples and have watched as our family has grown up in this wonderful city.  Now we are located full time in Naples we have decided to take our respective experiences in the IT industry and Interior Design marketplace and combine them with our property management expertise to bring a fresh new capability to the property owners of Naples.

Our mission is simple, and one that is completely client centric.  In essence we do three things 

1. Provide a simple, transparent service offer for clients who want a basic service to ensure their property is looked after in their absence.
2. For clients who want a more tailored approach we offer a Consierge service.  One built specifically for their needs
3. Add-ons.  A list of additional services, available as required to all of our clients, and even those who aren't.

For us this is a very important point.  We are not the biggest and don't claim to be the best (even though we quietly think we are).  We just want to be known for three core values

Vince Smallhorne
 
Vince has spent thirty years in IT, with considerable experience in all forms of technology.  He is passionate about Smart Home technology and its use to lower costs, provide better insight and management and provide a cleaner and better environment.

Nikki Smallhorne

Nikki has many years of experience in interior design and project management, both commercially and residentially.  She has managed multi million dollar refurbishments and has a natural ability to understand clients needs and translate them into meaningful and desirable outcomes.
